Instructions

  1. Cut tofu into 8 cubes, turn in potato flour and fry in oil.
  2. Mix the dashi stock, soy sauce and mirin and bring to the boil briefly. Put 2 pieces of tofu each in a soup bowl, pour the sauce over them. Garnish with radish, ginger and leek rings.
