Instructions

  1. Bring the rice to the boil with water and simmer for about 20 minutes until it is grainy, let it cool, stir a few times with a fork so that the grains don`t stick together.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings, cut the paprika into fine strips. Peel and finely chop garlic. Mix eggs and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion, peppers, frozen peas and garlic for 5 minutes while stirring.
  4. Add rice and eggs and fry everything for about 2 minutes, until the vegetables are firm to the bite, the rice is hot and the eggs are conched. turn it frequently. Season rice with salt and cayenne pepper, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
  5. For a change: Prepare with mushrooms and sprouts. Or with tofu, ginger, carrots, celery and zucchini.
  6. Variation with crabs: omit the eggs, fry three spring onions cut into rings with the bell pepper. Add rice and 15 dag crabs. Season the fried rice with lemon juice and spicy bean paste.
