Make sure that the butcher packs you 2 mirrors upside down thick ribs!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and season the rib with oil, salt and pepper! Put them in a suitable baking dish and leave them in the oven for 50 minutes - 60 minutes, depending on their thickness!
They should be nice and brown and crispy in the oven.
Put it on a wooden board and take the pepper as a heart and stick a knife in it.
