Instructions

  1. Halve the onion and cut into strips and gently braise in a large pan with a little olive oil. In the meantime, cut the ham into small pieces and thinly slice the tomato. Now mix the eggs with the herbs and spices. Shred the cheese into large pieces. Now we add the ham to the onions in the pan and turn the stove on to a low temperature and let it stew for a moment. Now the egg mixture is mixed with the onions and ham and the gouda pieces and the tomato slices are added to the mixture. Let the whole thing stew until the cheese runs. When done, divide in the middle and serve with a crispy salad.
