Spread a thin layer of margarine on both sides of the bread slice and toast it on one side in a pan over medium heat, then turn the slice over and sprinkle with the garlic on the toasted side.
Now distribute the country ham directly on the bread and place the slice of Gouda on top. As soon as the bread is toasted from below, take it out of the pan and place it on a plate.
Now put some margarine in the pan and let it melt and add the eggs to the pan. Beat so that the yolk stays whole, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Leave the eggs in the pan until the egg white is firm and then lift the whole thing onto the slice of bread.
Garnish with a sliced tomato and a few cucumbers on the edge of the plate.
