- Boil the beans in approx. 500 ml water until soft. Then save the boiling water.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and sweat in oil until translucent. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste, paprika powder, caraway seeds, oregano and sauté.
- Deglaze with the boiling water and add the beans. Simmer until thick for about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
