teaspoon mustard (lemon mustard) or medium hot mustard
Salt and pepper, whiter, from the mill

Instructions
Mix the frisée salad, cherry tomatoes and fennel together in a bowl.
Mix a dressing from olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice and lemon mustard. Season with salt and pepper, pour over the salad and fold in. Serve sprinkled with garlic slices.
