Instructions

1. Powder the sugar for 15 seconds on speed 10. Pour the remaining ingredients (except for the sparkling wine) into the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 8.
2. Divide the forest berry mixture into glasses and pour on the sparkling wine.
