Cut the banana into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Turn the individual pieces of banana in the yoghurt - Greek yoghurt is ideal, I like the peach-flavored one - and place on a plate covered with aluminum foil. Sprinkle the pieces with desiccated coconut and freeze for at least an hour.
If the banana pieces are completely frozen, they can be briefly defrosted before serving. The appetizers also taste good with applesauce.
