- 1st layer:
- Mix the cherry sauce with lemon juice and kirsch, pour in the cream. Fill an oblong shape with it, smooth it out and let it freeze.
- 2 layer:
- Mix the sugar syrup and egg yolk until creamy, fold in the cream sauce and cream. Pour onto the frozen layer, smooth it out and let it freeze again.
- 3 layer:
- Mix the sugar syrup and egg yolk until creamy, fold in the chocolate sauce and cream. Pour, smooth out and freeze on top of the frozen layers.
- Then fall out of the mold and finally decorate with cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve with the cherry sauce.
