Instructions

  1. 1st layer:
  2. Mix the cherry sauce with lemon juice and kirsch, pour in the cream. Fill an oblong shape with it, smooth it out and let it freeze.
  3. 2 layer:
  4. Mix the sugar syrup and egg yolk until creamy, fold in the cream sauce and cream. Pour onto the frozen layer, smooth it out and let it freeze again.
  5. 3 layer:
  6. Mix the sugar syrup and egg yolk until creamy, fold in the chocolate sauce and cream. Pour, smooth out and freeze on top of the frozen layers.
  7. Then fall out of the mold and finally decorate with cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve with the cherry sauce.
