Beat the eggs with the grape sugar until frothy. Then add the margarine and stir.
Next, add flour, baking powder and salt and stir in as well, gradually adding the milk. Bake the waffle batter in the (possibly greased) waffle iron.
Note: In principle, this is a completely normal waffle batter, in which sugar is replaced by dextrose. I came up with it because I was diagnosed with fructose intolerance and for a while I had to do without fructose and normal sugar (because it is broken down into glucose and fructose in the body). These waffles taste a little different than regular waffles, but I thought they were delicious. So if you have to or want to do without normal sugar - this is a good alternative!
