Instructions

  1. Thaw the berries and put the low-fat quark in a bowl. Chop the banana and apple and add to the bowl.
  2. Mix or puree the defrosted berries. Then put it in the bowl. Add the seeds, muesli and the desiccated coconut. Finally stir everything and serve.
