Instructions

  1. Preheat the electric oven to approx. 175 ° C, gas stove on level 3.
  2. Grease a baking dish thickly with butter or margarine. Drain the cherries or pineapples, the juice is not needed.
  3. Mix the flour with salt, sugar and milk well. Stir in lemon flavor, vanilla pulp and eggs. The dough stays very liquid! Pour the batter into the baking dish and distribute the drained cherries or pineapple evenly on top. Bake for about 40 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
  5. Suitable as a sweet main course for 3 people or as a warm dessert for 6 people. The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled and it also tastes good cold.
