Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, natural yoghurt, cream and oat flakes together. Peel and core the apples and grate on top of the muesli, this makes the muesli nice and juicy. Chop the bananas and stir into the muesli. Stir in a little milk to make the muesli nice and creamy. It should be creamy and not runny like normal muesli. Finally, season with sugar and cinnamon and add nuts if necessary.
  2. The muesli tastes best when you prepare it in the evening and let it steep in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, depending on the creaminess and taste, stir again with milk.
  3. Depending on your taste, any other type of fruit can of course be added.
