Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the low-fat quark with the milk until smooth. Stir in the oatmeal and sweeten the mixture with a little liquid sweetener. First halve the banana lengthways and then cut into small half slices. Cut the apple into small pieces and chop the nuts as desired. Add the fruit and nuts to the quark.
  2. This is a quick, healthy breakfast.
