Instructions

  1. Stir the low-fat quark vigorously with a mixer or whisk for a good 1 minute. This ensures that the quark becomes creamy. Then stir in the yogurt.
  2. Cut the fruit into fine cubes, do not puree. For example, 1/2 ripe mango or 1/4 fresh pineapple or 1 ripe pear or 1 banana are particularly suitable.
  3. Also delicious: 2 oranges (peel, cut out the fillets, catch the juice and add to the quark) or 2 kiwis (peel and dice). Attention: Kiwi has a slightly bitter taste, the quark cream must then be eaten immediately, as it will turn brown and very bitter for hours).
  4. Stir the fruit into the quark cream, now season with lemon juice, a little lemon zest, honey and possibly a little sweetener. The quantities depend on the fruit used, mango can tolerate a lot of lemon, kiwi more honey. Arrange in cereal or dessert bowls.
  5. A delicious, low-calorie breakfast for 2 people (also delicious: stir in a little muesli) or a dessert for 4 people.
