- Squeeze out the orange juice and place in a saucepan. Approx. 5 tablespoon. remove and mix with the sugar and pudding powder.
- Bring the orange juice to the boil and stir in the pudding powder.
- Bring to the boil briefly and fill into dessert bowls. Makes 5 servings of approx. 100 g each. To let it cool down.
- I use organic oranges and homemade vanilla sugar and, if possible, organic pudding powder or from the health food store.
- Beat the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and use a piping bag to sprinkle tuffs onto the dessert.
