Wash the strawberries (raspberries). Cut 250 g of the fruit into small pieces, puree the other 250 g. Mix the quark, vanilla sugar and yoghurt together. Whip the cream and stir in carefully. Add sugar to taste. Pour a layer of the chopped strawberries into a glass. Pour the quark-yoghurt-cream mixture on top and complete with the pureed strawberries. Chill and serve.
