Mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar or sweetener together. Mix in the oatmeal.
If necessary, pit the fruit, cut into small pieces and mix in. Let it steep briefly. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of soy flakes on top.
Tip:
Vary with seasonal fruits, e.g. peaches, nectarines, strawberries, melons, apples, pears, mango, kiwi, apricots etc.
This muesli is well suited as a small snack, is ideal for a small snack in between and helps with cravings for sweets. Also ideal to take with you to the office.
