Instructions

  1. Chop the fruits of your choice and put them in a cool place, if necessary put them in the freezer for a while (do not use pineapples or kiwis, as these inhibit the gelling process). Divide the cold fruits into various glasses.
  2. Soak gelatine in 500 ml of cold water. Heat the juice, but don`t let it boil. Add the gelatin and stir until it has dissolved. Take the fruit in the glasses out of the refrigerator. Pour the chilled Prosecco into the juice and immediately distribute this mixture on the glasses with the fruit. It then foams and immediately begins to gel. Therefore, quickly press the fruits down with a spoon so that they are completely covered by the groats.
  3. This dessert can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, so it can be prepared a day or two before you need it. For children, make without Prosecco, but with more fruit juice.
