Beat margarine (good quality) or butter until frothy. Slowly pour in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Keep stirring. Once the sugar has been mixed well, gradually stir in the eggs. When the whole thing is a frothy mass, sieve in the flour mixed with Backin and stir vigorously.
It is important that everything is mixed well. Then this fruit crust tastes like a biscuit dough.
Baking: approx. 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees circulating air or 200 degrees top and bottom heat. The soil should be a light brown color.
