First you fill a large, sealable container with the rock sugar. Then add cinnamon and cloves. Now you put the fruit on it. Finally, you pour the vodka into it.
This must now stand in a warm place for 6 weeks and shake a little once a day.
After the 6 weeks everything is filtered off and bottled. The liqueur should be stored as dark as possible until it is served. After about 1 year it has developed its full aroma, but you can of course enjoy it before that.
Tip: You can divide all the ingredients evenly into three 1.4 liter jars, fits perfectly.
