  1. Prepare pudding. Mix the spelled flour, sugar, eggs and pudding to a smooth dough and let rest for 30 minutes. Then bake it out.
  2. For the filling, thicken sour cherries and sugar with vanilla pudding powder. Fill the pancakes with it. Dust with powdered sugar.
