Mix the quark with milk, sugar, jam and vanilla sauce until the mixture is nice and creamy. Add sugar to taste and, if the cream is too compact, stir in more milk.
Put a thin layer (approx. 5 mm) of the quark cream in a baking dish. Spread a layer of ladyfingers or cookies on top and put fruit in the spaces between them. Spread another layer of quark cream on top. Repeat this process until everything is used up, finish with quark cream and sprinkle this last layer with chocolate sprinkles.
