Instructions

  1. Have a large bowl ready, as well as a peeler, knife, cutting board and newspaper for the waste, as it can get pretty mushy here and there. Depending on how ripe the fruit is.
  2. The yellow tips of the chicory are usually bitter, so it`s best to remove them beforehand. Then the chicory is washed and cut into thin rings and put in the bowl, along with the following ingredients.
  3. Wash the apples, core them and cut them into bite-sized pieces, I always leave the peel on because most of the vitamins are under it. If you don`t like them, just peel the apples beforehand.
  4. Now peel the kiwifruit with the peeler, cut into slices and then into pieces. Then peel the banana (s), cut in half and cut into small pieces.
  5. Fillet the oranges or peel them well and remove the white as much as possible, then quarter and also cut into small pieces.
  6. Chop the apricots and cranberries and add to the other ingredients in the bowl with the washed blueberries.
  7. Finally, squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the fruit. Mix everything well and let it steep. I prefer to eat the fruit salad with a dollop of natural yogurt.
  8. The fruit salad can of course be varied as you like and will still taste delicious.
