Instructions

  1. Heat a pan dry and roast the oat flakes until golden. Add honey and let cool. Wash, peel and quarter the pear and apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana, peel and halve the tangerine and cut into thin slices. Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the fruit. Mix all ingredients together and place in fruit bowls. Scatter the raisins on top if you like.
