Fillet and halve the oranges. Peel and quarter the pears and apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
Peel the pineapple, slice it and then cut it into pieces. Halve the grapes, remove the seeds. Peel and slice the bananas. Marinate with lemon juice, sugar syrup and rum. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
Mix the fruits together and place in a chilled bowl.
Serve with almond amaretto dressing (in my recipes).
