Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit thoroughly. Halve the grapes, remove the seeds if necessary. Cut the apple, pear and banana into small pieces and mix with the fruit juices in a bowl. The vitamin C in citrus juices prevents the banana and apple from turning brown. Cut the rest of the fruit into appetizing pieces and mix with the fruit salad as well. Now mix in the chopped nuts.
  2. Then stir the quark until smooth, whip the cream and carefully fold into the quark. Now the fruit salad is covered with the cream quark, not mixed.
  3. Last but not least, roast the almonds dry in a coated pan, keeping your eyes on the pan if possible, otherwise the almonds will burn quickly. Spread the cooled, roasted almonds on the cream quark topping.
  4. Finally, the sugar is mixed with the cinnamon and served separately.
