Halve or quarter the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Drain the apricots, collect the juice and cut into wedges.
Mix the jam, lemon juice and approx. 4 tablespoon apricot juice. Mix with the fruits and let steep for about 30 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, eggnog (or vanilla sauce), milk and vanilla sugar together. Chill the sauce. Arrange the fruit salad in a bowl, serve the extra cream.
