Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the yogurt, flaxseed and honey until smooth.
  2. Peel the nectarines and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the blueberries. Peel the banana, cut into slices and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  3. Stir the fruit into the prepared yogurt.
