Instructions

  1. For the brittle, place the almond sticks in a non-fat coated pan and roast until golden brown over a moderate heat. Add the oatmeal. When the oatmeal has turned color and is well roasted, remove everything from the pan. Put 50 g sugar in the pan and let it caramelize until golden brown. Now put the almond sticks and oat flakes back in the pan and mix everything together well. Spread the brittle on baking paper and allow to cool.
  2. Mix the quark with the curd and the remaining sugar until smooth.
  3. Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the core and cut the fruit long into wedges. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Peel and fillet the oranges, slice the banana and wash the grapes.
  4. Arrange the fruit and quark in portion bowls, sprinkle with the chopped brittle and serve immediately.
