Instructions

  1. For the fruity fruit salad, cut the fruit into small pieces: cut the nectarine horizontally all around, up to the core and twist off the top. Then use a spoon to remove the core from the lower part. The more ripe the nectarine, the easier this step can be carried out. Then cut the nectarine into thin slices. Also cut the banana and kiwi into slices. Cut the apple into small corners. The more unusual the cutting technique and shapes, the more interesting the fruit salad will be.
  2. To prevent the apple and banana from turning brown, drizzle some lemon juice over the fruit.
  3. For the sauce, put the orange juice, frozen raspberries, mint leaves (keep 2 - 3 as decoration), honey and mint syrup in a blender. Depending on the desired consistency, a little more orange juice or a few frozen raspberries can be added. Blend for about 2 minutes.
  4. If you don`t like the seeds, you can pour the sauce through a fine sieve.
  5. Arrange the fruit nicely on a plate and pour the sauce over it. Decorate with mint leaves and the fresh, fruity fruit salad with that certain something is ready.
  6. Works just as well with many other fruits, like pineapples, oranges, and papaya, of course.
