Wash lemon with hot water, rub dry. Rub 1 teaspoon of the peel. Squeeze out the juice. Peel the oranges so thick that the white skin is also removed. Cut out the fruit fillets between the separating skins, collecting the juice.
Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, lemon zest and orange juice with cream cheese and yoghurt. Depending on the type, peel, wash and clean the fruit, cut into small pieces and mix with the rest of the lemon juice and orange fillets. Layer the salad and cream alternately in glasses, sprinkle with muesli and serve.
