Instructions

  1. Bring fruit juice with sugar to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of cold water, stir into the boiling juice, bring to the boil briefly. Remove from heat and let cool while stirring frequently. Season slightly sweet and sour with lemon juice and a little sugar.
