Soak 4 bamboo skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
Alternate the fruit on the skewers.
Mix the butter, lemon juice and cinnamon together and brush the fruit with it.
Put chocolate, cream and marshmallows in a saucepan and heat until the ingredients have melted and a smooth sauce is formed, should not boil; keep / keep warm.
Grill the fruit skewers for approx. 3-4 minutes, turn once
Add the vanilla extract to the sauce and serve with the skewers.
