Instructions

  1. Peel everything except the pear and the lemon wedge. Roughly dice the fruit and avocado. Put the finely chopped ginger and the finely chopped orange peel in a blender. Add some water and mix into a smoothie. If the consistency is still too thick, mix in a little more water.
