Instructions

  1. This is a quick, tasty meal for in between meals or as a weight loss replacement for an entire meal.
  2. Quarter the apple and cut out the casing. Cut the quarters into small cubes. Dice the pineapple slices. Dice the ginger root very finely.
  3. Mix the ingredients with the yogurt thoroughly. Coarsely grind the pink berries and sprinkle over the dish. That looks good and, together with the ginger, gives the dish a spicy, spicy note.
  4. Of course, other types of fruit can also be used, depending on the season.
