Instructions

  1. Peel and core the fresh fruit. Cut into large pieces. Squeeze 1/2 lemon.
  2. Put the fruit (and frozen berries) with the lemon juice in a blender and mix briefly. Add cold milk and mix for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately in a tall glass!
  3. Tip: If you like it a bit more substantial and creamy, replace part of the milk with vanilla ice cream.
