Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Peel and core the apple, cut into small pieces and mix with lemon juice. Add raisins and rum as needed. Mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, cinnamon and hazelnuts together.
  3. Cut the cold puff pastry into 8 equal pieces. Then carefully place the pieces in the muffin troughs (use paper liners if necessary), leaving the corners outside.
  4. Spread the apple pieces over the hollows and pour the sour cream mixture over them. Now close the dough corners loosely over the hollows.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  6. Tastes warm and cold, classic with vanilla ice cream or with chocolate mousse.
