Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the apples. Mix together the jam, mustard and brandy and fold in the grated apple. Season everything with salt and pepper. Garnish the fondue sauce with apple wedges if you like, drizzle lemon over them beforehand so that they don`t turn brown.
  2. If you like it spicier, you can also grate some ginger and fold it in.
