Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the blackberries and apricots. Add rosemary and mix well. Add the preserving sugar and let everything stand for about 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
  2. Finely puree the fruits including the juice. Then cook to jam according to the instructions on the packet and pour into prepared jars.
  3. Makes about 4 glasses.
