Ingredients

• 250 ml milk, (for the dough)
• 1 cube yeast
• 75 g butter
• 500g flour
• 100 g suar

Instructions

1. For the dough, warm the milk slightly. Dissolve the yeast in it. Melt fat. Mix the flour and sugar. Add the yeast milk, fat and egg and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 20 minutes.
2. Drain and quarter the peaches for the topping. Drain the pineapple as well. Heat the fat. Add the almond sticks, sugar and milk. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir in grated pineapple.
3. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Cover with peaches and let rise for another 20 minutes.
4. Spread the almond and pineapple topping on top. Spread the cranberries on top as blobs. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
