Instructions

1. Stir the butter until foamy, mix in the eggs, vanilla and powdered sugar, add lemon juice, salt, flour and baking powder, mix everything well (if you like, you can color the dough dark with 1 - 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or approx. 100 g of melted chocolate).
2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the pitted, halved apricots or plums or the cherries on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar immediately.
