Cut the chicken breast fillet into long sticks. Season with salt and pepper and turn in flour. Beat an egg and brush the sticks with it, then turn in breadcrumbs. Fry briefly in oil on all sides.
Cut the rolls and brush both halves with butter. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of cheese on the lower part of the bun, and at least 2 fried chicken sticks on the salad.
Cut the bell pepper into fine strips and place on the chicken sticks with the prune wedges and the kiwi slices.
Mix the cream, curry salt and sugar and pour on top. Cover with another lettuce leaf and place the top of the bun on top.
