Instructions

  1. Simmer the chicken in a saucepan full of water for about 2 hours and let it cook. Then immediately peel off the skin. Loosen the breast meat and leg meat and let cool.
  2. Mix Miracel Whip and crème fraiche with olive oil in a bowl. Then add the milk to get the consistency you want. Drain the mandarins and collect the juice. Add some of the juice to the mayo cream (be careful - not too much, otherwise the sauce will be too thin). Season the whole thing with salt and pepper. Drain the mushrooms and drain well. Now cut the chicken into small pieces or cubes and mix with the cream, as well as the mushrooms and tangerines. Mix everything and let it steep overnight in the refrigerator. The salad can also be eaten straight away.
