Pour the coffee powder with the hot water or prepare a strong coffee and pour 300 ml of it into a container and let it cool down. When the coffee is only lukewarm, put it in the refrigerator, hence the resting time.
Halve the kiwi fruit, scoop out the fruit with a coffee spoon and put it in a blender. Add the cold coffee, the cold condensed milk and the coffee seasoning.
Then let the mixer mix at the highest level for about 2 minutes. Because of the kiwi kernels, this recipe doesn`t work with a hand blender - unless you don`t mind the kiwi kernels. The condensed milk keeps the smoothie nice and stable and does not separate.
Note: Coffee seasoning is a mixture of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, vanilla and mace.
