- Put the glass of couscous in a bowl and add a glass of warm water. Let sources.
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes. The melon must also be pitted. Finely chop the parsley and mint and add.
- When the couscous is swollen, crumble and add to the vegetables. Finally add the lime juice and season with salt, pepper and chilli.
- Chill until serving.
