This is my compilation for a wheat-free muesli, suitable for people with a wheat intolerance. Please see the portions as proportions: 1/4 of the muesli mixture consists of spelled flakes, 1/8 of sunflower seeds, etc.
For the muesli mixture, mix 1/4 spelled flakes, oat flakes and spelled flakes with 1/8 sunflower seeds and 1/8 dried fruit (I always use 1/16 raisins and 1/16 dried apple rings). The proportions are of course variable and can be varied as desired.
Mix the yoghurt with a little cinnamon and, if necessary, sugar or honey and serve with the muesli mixture. Alternatively, you can mix in fruit compote or jam.
