• 1 fennel
• 2 orange (s)
• 3 small apples
• 1 medium onion (s)
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
• 1 small iceberg lettuce

Instructions

1. Cut the fennel into very fine strips. Fillet the oranges. Peel, core and eighth the apples and then cut these pieces in half. Cut the onion into fine strips. Mix everything with the spices.
2. Just before serving, mix in the sliced iceberg lettuce.
