- Wash, peel and cut the fruit into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon.
- Wash and sort celery (and any fresh leafy vegetables). Remove the stalks from fresh leafy vegetables.
- Put all ingredients in the blender, add cold water if you like and puree finely in the blender.
- If desired, season with a little freshly ground pepper. Pepper is said to support the anti-inflammatory effects of turmeric.
